▶ Are custom bend angles or radii available?
Custom angles (15°, 30°, 60°, or non-standard) and increased bend radii are available upon request. Minimum order quantities apply. Please consult the engineering team with your specific routing requirements and cable specifications.
INSTALLATION GUIDELINES
Ensure the bend radius selected is adequate for the largest cable diameter in the bundle. Refer to cable manufacturer specifications for minimum bend radius requirements.
Use stainless steel fasteners when installing in corrosive environments to prevent galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals.
Support bends with additional brackets at the entry and exit points to prevent sagging, especially in horizontal applications with heavy cable loads.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Store bend accessories in a dry, ventilated area to prevent moisture condensation and potential coating damage prior to installation.
Inspect powder-coated surfaces for chips or scratches upon delivery; apply touch-up coating to any exposed metal to maintain corrosion protection.
Do not stack heavy objects on top of bend fittings during storage, as this may cause deformation of the curved section.
